Once your return or cancelation has been processed we will refund your money within 3 business days.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Eplanita?

No, you do not need to create an Eplanita account, yet, having an account makes reordering easier since it registers your previous purchases and shipping information. Also, you can create a wishlist and come back to your shopping later on.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

We are very sorry to hear. Please, email us at contact@eplanita.com with your order number in the subject line to expedite the process, and a picture for our insurance, so we can send you a new product or refund your money.
